PRODUCTION ENGINEER
EXPERIENCE:
- Must have 2-3 years in Plastic molding in Production.
- Preferably have experience of 1 years in Plastic molding in Production & Maintenance Dept.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Diploma in Plastics Processing / DME / ITI.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- To take full responsibility for the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets.
- To take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line.
- Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance, general issues.
- SOP, process parameter sheet display after mold change.
- To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to using the resources within the company.
- Problem solving and troubling shooting skills, Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and optimizing Process flow for manufacturing activities.
- Ensure optimum utilization of available resources, minimize wastages in the factory.
- Allocation & Handling and Controlling of Manpower in Shifts.
- Monitoring and controlling of process parameters for Achieve desired production target and efficiency.
- Implement & Monitor 5S, Kaizen, 8D & 4M & safety, and Zero Accident Compliance on Shop floor.
- Ensure production as per plan & meet multiple quality system requirements of various OEMs. Shift Handling.
- Responsibility for team management, motivation, and development.

ASSISTANT MANAGER- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (PARTS)
EXPERIENCE: 8+ years in relevant field.
LOCATION: Naigaon, Mumbai
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma/Graduate preferably in plastic stream.
- Prior experience in plastic component manufacturing company.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skill with ability to connect with customers, internal customer, and co-worker at all management level.
- Good understanding for Commercial argumentation.
- Must be willing to travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Prepare and submit quarterly and half yearly amendment working sheets.
- Ensure and get regular amendments with customer representatives.
- Prepare monthly MIS capturing all upcoming amendments.
- Update Enquiry register after receipt of RFQ and provide Enquiry number.
- Float RFQ for Raw Material, B.O.P and packing material to SCM team.
- Float RFQ for Fixtures and SPMs to Suppliers and get quote.
- Support RFQ team for the on- time submission of quotes.
- Support and provide necessary data to HOD in preparing the Annual sales projection & customer wise sales.
